Sasolmed PHR app for iPhone and iPad

Sasolmed provides you, their member, with a personal health record, your one-stop gateway to great health.

The Health section shows a summary of your visits to hospital and medical professionals, claimed medication, registered chronic conditions, known allergies and pathology results.

The Wellness section maps your journey to great health. It includes a lifestyle questionnaire that assesses your health and provides a report on how to stay healthy. You can set goals and even monitor your health status by linking your electronic fitness devices. As an iOS user you the benefit of linking your devices to your Health app which you can also link to your PHR by simply selecting the Apple Health option from your iOS and activating the applicable categories. Your record will subsequently be populated with health and activity data shared by other your other apps and devices using the HealthKit integration.

The Badges section shows the badges you win as you improve your health. You earn badges by filling in the lifestyle questionnaire, following a healthy lifestyle, linking personal devices and, more importantly, completing a health assessment with a nurse or biokineticist. You also earn badges by moving your measurements into normal ranges. Show your badges to your friends and family – you have earned your bragging rights.
